About the Directors

Lindsey and Jodi Huie are evangelists, leaders of My Spiritual Gifts, and founders of Forerunners International. With a background of 15+ years pastoring, they have hearts for both spiritual growth and practical discipleship. They have empowered countless people to walk confidently in their identity and boldly in their callings. Their ministry emphasizes helping people discover and activate their God-given gifts so they can become powerful soul-winners and laborers for the harvest. Through teaching, mentoring, and both online and hands-on ministry, Lindsey and Jodi inspire a culture of revival, faith, and true Kingdom living.

About the Founder

Jared Ruddy is a pastor, trained spiritual director, and the creator of My Spiritual Gifts, a website designed to help people discover and develop their spiritual gifts. He created a free spiritual gifts test that has been taken by over 20,000 people, with hundreds of people taking it each week. Jared’s goal is to help individuals and churches understand spiritual gifts in a way that is both accessible and theologically grounded.
